  1. most of the various mod utilities suddenly need to have AV exemptions or are requiring me to use a VPN to get them to work at all. I have not messed with this stuff in a good while and it seems awful Jank. It took me forever to figure out I needed to sue a VPN to get LOOT to update it masterlist. Sure enough I use a VPN and works like a charm. Whyfor? Thanks.
  2. Just wondering if anyone has run into the same problem I am having with Mo2. Never encountered it before. With 0 mods active or even installed I ctd trying to run Skyrim. It crashes just after the logo. I can find no logs or info hinting why. It also crashes the same with SKSE. I have checked all the requirements, even reinstalled them. I have exempted it from bitdefender. Verified all file integrity. All the other games I have installed work great no other problems. Been a year since I used Mo2 but I have used it for years with very little problems, its great. This I can find no info on aside from a few other people with the same problem and no answer aside from the things I listed above. Appreciate any advice. I forgot to add Skyrim runs fine solo, so its def MO2 issue.
  3. I read putting this line into SSEdit would cause SSEdit to work with Gog Skyrim, and it did.. -D:"D:\Skyrim Anniversary Edition\Data" -I:"D:\Mod.Organizer-2.4.4\profiles\Default\Skyrim.ini" -P:"D:\Mod.Organizer-2.4.4\profiles\Default\plugins.txt" So I tried the same thing with Xedit. Xedit runs now but Like I said CTD reading Skyrim.esm gog version. IS there something else I should have entered in the Xedit argument line?
  4. Trying to merge plugins Xedit does not seem to work with Gog version of Skyrim. The Skyrim.esm itself makes it ctd. Anyone have any work arounds, or another way to merge mods for Skyrim gog AE?
  5. Plagued by the visual studio c++ error. I of course have it installed. Been trying to install Viva New Vegas using MO2. I get to a certain point and it seems like something in this pack corrupts entire install. Because now wether I have mods installed or not I get c++ error, always happens leaving character creation. Anyhow would really appreciate it if someone could point me to another more recent pack? Or give me a hint as to what I am doing wrong. Really hard to figure this out when removing mods gives no clue as to the offender. Edit: Come to find out the game working fine as long as I am online with Mo2 connected to nexus? The error is only there offline. What the heck is that about? Gog version of the game. 4gb patcher was the culprit. Not needed for Gog. I guess it made the exe think it was a Steam game. I guess.
