I mean that's never really stopped the modding community before, and I doubt it will now in all honesty. FromSoft never made dark souls moddable, and yet....

So with The Outer Worlds officially out tomorrow, what are the chances the Obsidians new game gets as big as a modding scene as our lovely Fallout New Vegas?

This does not work for me, after doing all the above I just get cipius telling me to stay sharp and that its only a matter of time. How the hell has this bug not been patched after 5 years?
