Music is defined in the "Music Track" header (this is where you define a single track) and the "Music Type" header (these are the playlists you want to add your custom songs to) hope that helps!

    Did you insert the line "bEnableFileSelection=1" (without quotation marks) in your FalloutPrefs.ini under the [Launcher] section?
