Title says it all. Engine.ini tweaks are ignored and my game is potato again.

I had to set my timezone to +6 instead of +1 to get correct time ...

+1 I would love to have this mod. I tried to look into skyrim.esm with tessnip, but had no idea what to change .. :(

can someone please mod books to weight nothing? I would like to collect them all, but they are heavy :)
