Dont want to be this guy but... Bump, I am still looking for an answer!

Yes I did tick no, I was following Gophers tutorials, currently it's installed manually, I re-installed 3 times so it's not anything to do with the game files. All other mods work, just not this one.

That's the thing, it isn't doing anything, have you installed it recently? I really have no clue why, I will see if I can get it touch with the mod author and have a chat to him, if anyone can find out why he must be able to!

I'm not stupid. I've tried it, It didn't work. I have also tried installing it manually, It didn't work. People are having the same problem. I don't get it either! I wish I did.

Because you can tell by looking at log textures and ground textures, I had a good look at a scene before installing it and then compared it, there was no noticeable difference.

Tried that, 3 times... on 3 fresh installs, it's just not working. Arrghh! I'm just sat scratching my head.

I'm out of ideas, I guess we'll have to live in the low res, smudged world of Skyrim. Sigh. Unless, someone comes and saves the day but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.

Can you see anything wrong with my file structure? (Images at the top)

Hmm, no one seems to know why. It would be interesting to see someone uninstall the game (Who has this mod working), and try to install it again to see if it works. Has skyrim updated recently? Also, I've been on the mods forum and found something to try. [General] bLoadLooseFiles=1 See if that makes it work. EDIT: No, this doesn't work.

Exactly what I was thinking! I have no mods installed either! However, when I do install other mods, they work just fine, it's just the texture mod that doesn't. Maybe we should get in contact with the mod author or something? And completely different specs so that's not the issue.

I've re installed the game 3 times! It's so frustrating, I can't play the game until I find out why! I also tried version 1.4 but no luck either. Damn. Can I ask what your specs are? I saw your post before posting mine, I thought I remembered the name.

Hello, I know there are many posts like this but it's driving me crazy. I downloaded all 5 sections of Skyrim 2K Textures and moved the contents of the zips into my skyrim/data/textures folder, that I created. This is the third re install of the game to see if that would work, I have tried using Nexus Mod Manager but nothing is changing in game! Please help me, to stop me going insane. Specs: - AMD FX 6300 - AMD HD 7850 2GB - 8GB RAM Driver: - Catalyst 14.1 Beta Huh, any more information let me know. Here are some screen shots of the folders.
