FWIW, I play that mission early game to get the Fenrir gun. Easiest way I've found to do the mission is stealth non-lethal takedowns. Then after you talk with the brother I go around and pick up all the loot. By then the brother is gone and I go around and kill each of the enemies with a silenced pistol. You get another batch of XP for each of them and the monk has already thanked you for not killing anyone. :)

Me too. I've got over 1,100 hours into this since day one, I've adjusted to each of the "update" nerf-fests, but 1.5 sucked all the fun out of this game. I have a copy of 1.3 on another computer too. Is there a way to launch it outside Steam like we do with heavily modded Skyrim?

I used NMM to install. Booted up fine. Set the number of slots in options. Went into the Character panel and it had been cleared, (mod screen said it would) Now the hitch. I can put mutagens back into their slots, but all my skills have been cleared and it shows the points back in available. But it won't let me spend any on learning the skill again. Any ideas?
