So, I don't think this mod has been made yet, if it has, please let me know which mod that is. Basically, I don't want dismemberment to occur only upon the death of characters, or after their death. I want to be able to shoot off an arm, and still have the ghoul or whatever be alive, so he walks around with an arm missing. Arm dismemberment is already in the game, and it would just be regular walking/running animation after the arm is gone, so I don't think I would even need new animations for this. My plan is to also include dismemberment of legs, and have them crawl around, but this requires some new animations. But for that first part, with just arm, could someone let me know where/how to get started on this? I just need to be pointed in the right direction.
