Awesome, exactly what I'm looking for. I saw that one when i was searching through for possible existing mods that do it but passed it over once I read the description. Good to know someone is working on it, thanks for the info! That's some quality parenting. Also, what spell/cheat spell/magic mod did you use to be able to freeze her in a block of ice for a month? Or are you just f*#@ing with me?

I have hearthfire, but I don't particularly like the locations of the Hearthfire homes, and they are straight up devastating to have to sit there and build up, even if you cheat to get all of the materials. But I love the adopt a child feature, and want to be able to adopt Lucia to my home. Is there any way to make a mod that will allow you to adopt children to existing homes? And Idk if this is possible, but can it be made so you can adopt kids to mod homes? My favorite home is Mammoth's Rest Farm. Right outside of Whiterun, plenty of land for a horse herd... would be awesome to be able to adopt kids and have them live there with me

I attached the BOSS log to this post, sorry. I guess that is easier. It has errors, but a lot of them are just warnings to have DLC's and stuff... and some TESVEdit suggestions.

So, I have a lot of mods... I installed them quickly... I know that was stupid. all have been installed with NMM, not a single mod that has been manually installed that I wouldn't be able to easily uninstall if needed. I have been getting regular CTD's. And I mean often. Sometimes I can play for a couple hours without having much of a problem. Sometimes I will open the game, ride for a bit, CTD, come back in, lay for another 60 seconds and it CTD's again. I THINK it normally happens in open world spaces, but it has happened in dungeons as well. Here is my modlist Also, my computer is a beast. Shouldn't be a problem. 680 classified with 3770k, and 8gb's 1600 DDR3, running the whole thing on an SSD. The obvious conclusion is a mod problem, and I'm sure that's the problem. If anyone knows of any conflicts here, thanks in advance! Also, i have run BOSS to do the load order. Here is the load order exported for NMM after BOSS is done its work.

I have recently installed the sexy cities mods made by horrorview. I really like the way these mods made the various cities work, but it is lacking for the rest of the game. So, has anyone ever had any problem with use the 2k textures skyrim hd mod with the sexy cities? I know the 2k textures comes with different parts. Question 1, can you use landscape part and dungeons part of SkyHD as well as all of the sexy cities mods (including the villages and towns one) without a problem? Question 2, can I somehow use part of the 2k textures towns part for the towns that don't have a sexy city mod for? Question 3, is all of the 2k textures mod, including town, compatible with sexy cities if you do the load order in a specific way? Or will they conflict? (I'm guessing I know the answer to this one, but one can dream  ) Thanks in advance!

I realize this is going to be pretty vague, but it's been a while since I played and I've sinced uninstalled and reinstalled windows, thus losing all my mods. I had character mods that I used to make characters better looking, and I don't remember what they were. I'm pretty sure it included apache shyhairs. Other than that, I'm guessing. I'm not sure what they were, so I'm open to suggestions. What is the best combination of character replacer mods to make (most importantly) females much more attractive? Also which ones do the majority of the female companion mods use?

Thanks for the responses. I just ran the clean on update, dawnguard and hearthfire since BOSS suggested I do that for it. Sad, the worst mods are Bethesdas. Lol.

I did but I tracked it down to a multimarriage mod by Dudestia that was, I suppose, interrupting with the new functions in Hearthfire. My problem now is that, after installing Dawnguard, I can't marry anyone! Marriages won't finish and I don't get the ring or wedding dialogue. That was it! I had a mod runnning, not by dudestia, but by an author on the steam workshop, that was a marriage overhaul mod that was causing this. When i turned it off, it worked again. Going to try Dudestia's mod now and see if it works. It may be that those haven't been made compatible with hearthfire yet. Thank you, though.

I've just watched Gopher's video on mod cleaning, as well as reading up on the wiki's for TESVEdit, and have figured out how to do basic automated mod cleaning. However, something that I can't find addressed in any of the documentation for it is when a mod has a bunch of things in red in the list. For example, What do these various colors mean, and are they something that I need to be wary of when attempting to clean my mods? Thanks

I don't know about that issue. I believe I have some multiple marriage mod running, so that might be the problem for me.

anyone else have that bug?

I just got married to Muiri, and tried to move her to one of my homes (I own all 3 hearthfire, but wanted to move her to the one in the Pale) but I don't get the option. I add the option of living with her, or living at Proudspire in Solitude. Just to check, i went and bought Breezehome, and I can move her there, too, just not any of the hearthfire homes. Any ideas? Is there a fix for this, or am I just add the mercy of a Bethesda update or Unofficial Hearthfire update?

It's not a bug. In order to become a thane of the pale, you have to get to a certain part of the Civil War quest series. It doesn't matter which side. Essentially, you have to do the Regain the Pale part of the Civil War quests, and it will then open up.

Got it working. Installing via mod manager did it. Don't know what the issue was before, but everything is functional now. Kudos to both of you for the answers and the help

I am subscribed to it on the Steam Workshop and I've let it update as recently as today, so it should be. Pex files? For SKSE or SkyUI? SkyUI was installed via steam workshop. SKSE I'm not sure, I don't see that. I just dropped all the files in the skyrim directory, and merged the data folders. I watched that video and did what it said, but I guess I'll try to uninstall SKSE and run it through a mod manager. Edit: I know what you mean now, I'm guessing you meant the Pex Files in the scripts folder within the data for SKSE. Yes, those were copied over.

Hey, I've been trying to install SKSE, and no matter what I do, it won't work in game. Nothing happens, and I get the error with SkyUI where it tells me SKSE isn't running. I really don't know where I could go wrong with installation, I've dropped all the files of skyrim script extender in my skyrim directory, so the data folders merge, and the steam dll and the skyrim loader are in the main directory. I run the game with steam, I run the game with the SKSE loader, nothing works. The version are right. I checked my steam version by opening properties on the exe and it said the version is 1.7.7.0, and the SKSE version I'm using is for 1.7.7.0(1.5.11) Special note, I own and run both dawnguard and hearthfire. Is that the issue? Should I use the beta version of SKSE? Any help would be appreciated.
