Just tried the BOSS program. It rearranged my mods, but I'm still having the exact same problem. :( Also. I tried cleaning the .esm files with TES5 edit. I followed the video instructions exactly. I tried repairing the files via steam. And I even tried using the files dxsetup, vcredist_x86, and the DotNetFx in the skyrim folder. I have tried a clean reinstall. No good there either.

Hi all. I'm not sure what exactly happened to cause this problem, but it just seemed to randomly pop up out of nowhere. The problem is whenever I try to fast travel or make an area transition the load screen comes up as normal and just... stays there. It will cycle through the tips and tricks, but it just never ends. When I alt+tab out it says the game is not responding. I'm not sure what it is causing this, as I've very few mods, but I will list them.
