Wow those are some real issues. Your ESM's are not properly in order for a start. Although the crash could be caused by a badly installed mod. If you have anything that modifies whiterun's exterior or a location around there try uninstalling and reinstalling that mod. But most of all you should install LOOT and Wryebash. LOOT will automatically sort your mods. Wryebash can make a bashed patch which in the program, you right click on after sorting your load order with loot, then ask it to create a bashed patch. This will help with levelled lists and some other issues. Also look at downloaded premade Skyrim.ini files or downloading Bethini which will help make your game more stable. You seem to have all the DLC's but you're using the old unofficial patches. Try downloading USLEEP which is the compiled and updated unofficial legendary patch. edit: Dance of Death from what I heard last is a very script heavy mod that has the potential to bloat saves. Use Violens instead. edit: The more I look at your load order the more I see that some of these are very old mods. Go into NMM and see which mods have new versions and update them.
