A blue colour overlay appears when ever i shout or get hit with a spell, it used to only do it when i was in an interior but now it happens in exterior zones as well, i dont have the night eye spell apart from i am a vampire and when i activate the sight it makes the screen twice as bright, but vampiric sight can be turned off. The screen also flickers the blue overlay on and off occasionally. I have attached my modlist but i am sure all the mods are compatible, i installed some before others as per recomendations on the info pages. I also use boss to sort my mods. Any help will be appreciated.
