  1. Indigoblade and me are working on a mod that will improve the "scaling" of enemies as well as add more variety to them but such a mod takes time/planning especially without the official mod tools.
  2. I wouldn't judge the mod community by the quantity of mods, a lot more important is the quality. We also had the summer months in which activity is always lower. Overall I see a lot of progress made in regards to FO3 modding since it came out and thats just a year ago. A lot of mods have come a long way since that time.
  3. It's no really complicated to solved this one, remove the requirement. I know that the idea behind is to ensure that people actualy use the mod and then rate it but does anyone actualy think that you rly get this result with such a requirement? Its just my opinion but in this case I feel like the drawbacks are bigger than its use. And I do realise that everyone is ofc aware of the fact that there are easy ways to still rate a file but then again why introduce a system when you know it can get around that easily?
  4. I hope you do know that this requirement is useless? Even if someone downloads it whose to say that he a) uses the mod b) uses it to an extent to actually give a good opinion on it c) isn't it kinda weird that you propose an "abuse" of the system ie use text files thus why use such a requirement if you don't even want to enforce it In the case of our mod (FOOK) it even punishes us despite the fact that we keep a lot of traffic away from nexus and that nexus has also a limit on the file size which doesn't even make it possible to host our file here (splitting is no option as the past showed cause the automatic rename of files causes a lot of issues with that).
  5. register at the fookunity forum and ill give you access to our internal forum. There you can get it as well as discuss things with Huge in detail (Cipscis another great scripter is also active there). You can also find us in our IRC channel where we usually hangout, details here.
  6. No, its just a server issue. We are fully active and make good progress on v2.0 so no worries.
  7. I will get to it as soon as I get time..... (the message you sent me)
  8. easy guys, i share your sceptism and also hate half arsed projects which just draw talent from the community and waste it. Anyways the guys here already stated that they will focus now on adding Junktown and then go step by step and all with a beta and infos released to the public so that ppl can see that something gets actually done.
  9. the reward is you being still alive.
  10. ppl are very sceptical when it comes to big projects/overhauls and tbh they are rightfully so. Anyways, i hope that my involvement/support of this shows that this might be something worth looking for or even get yourself involved.
  11. i am definitly interested.
  12. uh, just to point it out, my or flickone's attention was never to make it just available to FOOK, the opposite is true. I made some retextures for his helmet and then i offered him to include it in his mod. Then we started to work together on the Outcast/BoS retexture and there was never a word about it just being available to FOOK. I'd would never keep stuff exclusive just to FOOK, i'm a modder who gives free use to anything that he creates.
  13. And here my outcast version: http://fook.homepage.t-online.de/outcastt47_5.jpg http://fook.homepage.t-online.de/outcastt47_6.jpg http://fook.homepage.t-online.de/outcastt47_7.jpg
  14. heya flick like i already wrote great work. :) Anyways i personaly use a darker blue/greyish armor as BoS one (the one that is also included in FOOK) and thus i adjusted your texture a bit (also redid the normal to be less shiny so the helmets looks older), Here my result: http://fook.homepage.t-online.de/titanhelmetdark1.jpg If you are ok with it and other ppl would like to use the texture then i'd upload it as alternative texture, you can of course also include it as alternate version if you want.
