I decided to go for the Pixel Remasters without mods to begin with.

Hi fellas. About 30 years I watched a friend play FF6 (FF3 in USA/Europe) on SNES. I loved the story and music, but couldn't really get into the battlesystem and grinding. I understand that with the Pixel Remaster you can auto-battle and make the grinding way easier with multipliers. This sounds like what I need to finally play the game through myself. Here comes the question; Which mods are considered "essential"? I don't want anything that makes it more vanilla, only QoL-stuff and fixes etc. Suggestions please? This kind of also goes for FF4-5-6 as I may play through them also. Don't think I'll try for FF1-3 anytime soon.
