well not sure how to check on the path of a nif file, but the prime hd hasn't a esp. it is a texture only file that overwrites the textures of the original files I think, I haven't found any other files for the nightingale other then what is in common>Skyrim>Data>textures>armor>nightingale and two nif files in ​common>skyrim>Data>mesh>Armor>nightingale both have folders for male and female.. thank you for the reply,

I have had the nightingale prime hd installed for some time now, but just fiished the thief guild quest so I can make it, but it keeps coming up dark brown color as the normal type vinila color, type texture, I even uninstalled and reinstalled the mod and checked the folder under textures armor nightingale and the files matched what was in the mod, did I miss something or is something else over riding it? there is a nightingale folder in meshes but I don't think that has anything to do with the textures of the armor, only how it fits. when I go to smith it, the example picture of the armor piece shows up black and in hd, but when made and worn show standard default armor of the game.

I found cleaning my masters with tesedit helped with ctd also, I think gopher has a good video on cleaning masters..

yeah it's looking like I will have to reinstall everything from square one again,,everything was working fine untill nmm removed and reinstalled everything how ever it wanted instead of how it was reconmended by say like the enb or some of the other mods that tell you that you should have some other mod in place before installing it. thank you for the reply.

i'm running realvision enb 2.79, now it probably took me 3 time to get it just right with installing everything, and had done everything from a pure scratch run installs from skyrim to patches and dlc' but I know in the realvision setup it has a check box if you want letterbox screen or not , if you want to remove the letterbox, you may have to reinstall the enb and uncheck the letterbox option.

well the new nmm updated and after it had reinstalled the mods everything went crazy, im running a realvision enb, and know it had a certain way things had to be installed, also have a few body and hair mods also. after the install, i had re ran the sky proc patches and finis, along with tesedit to clean up anything if loot had said there may be a problem. even did a save game clean to remove any old left over scripts that where hash tagged. but still i have some followers that jiggle when standing still. or when i leave a building thier top body part streches across the screen, now i hread the old saying " she had huge tracks of land" but that didnt mean it should strech across all of skyrim..lol also have seams around the wrist and the ankles now also. so I tried to reinstall the body mods to see if that would fix it, but it didn't, even redone the HDT with rerunning skyproc ,finis etc. so any advice on what to look for or what may be causing it. also from time to time now the game will just freeze in mid run, if I come back in game it runs fine.
