+1 Came here to post this, good thing someone was quicker. :) At least you can ride while encumbered, so when exploring around, you can just leave your stuff in some container outside to have inventory space while looting all the hapless bandits. Would also be awesome to be able to pick herbs and stuff from horse-back.
