Hi, I recently got skyrim and am a noob when it comes to modding. I am on intergrated graphic playing skyrim on low quality, I was wondering how putting skyrim on ultra qualtiy is any different from downloading an ENB. Soon I am getting a graphics card so should I get an ENB or amp up the quality from low to medium or low to high? I other words what does amping up the quality do and what does getting an ENB do?
