Dj wanted an energy version of the EM rail gun so here it is, lots of glowy bits and its got a cool sound and projectile as well

I actually was not going to tell about the alien ship but dj uploaded images here so now you know :biggrin:
I cant wait till people get in the ship, its freakin awesome, it was a hella time recreating all the static forms for that ship, all the nifs and textures were in the bsa but no form id's in the esm so I had to make new ones.........................all of them.....my brain still hurts from that one, you would be suprised what assets are in the bsa's that never get used

This has been the coolest thing I have ever worked on I hope everybody likes it, some areas are easy and some are very very tough, the idea is, if you go somewhere and it appears the enemys will eat you, run away :biggrin: come back later, its possible to gain a lot of levels exploring this place. there are near 100 interior areas and the world space is huge so before you can explore half of it the enemys are already respawning from the first time you killed them.
I have plans for an esp that will take the player on a quest through the valley and into a new area that is outside the valley but still in the world space, you will be on the hunt for a dangerous character from Dj's storyline that will have a new freaky model thats in the works
also with Angel Park being an esm with its own bsa other people can create quests and things in the valley and have access to all the resources from 2 massive bsa's to work with, both momod bsa and angel parks

I used clear clean water in the lake so you can see pretty far underwater, then realised now I had to decorate the bottom of the lake :biggrin:
hint to those reading, theres a good reason for swimming around in the lake

these guys are from the cloverfield movie, they have 3 new models, 3 sizes, 3 new textures and glow maps
a very cool person I call "Q" got this rigged to a mole rat skeleton for me.

early version of the new world space, still need to add the buildings from the first Angel Valley but its gettin there :biggrin:
for those who have never tried to generate lod in a new world space, you should try it, its fun.........NOT!
world spaces are measured in chunks and angel valley has 39 chunks which is big but not huge, it took my computer 8 hours to generate the terrain meshes and the geck can crash duing this time and there is no way to tell if it has without monitering your cpu usage in the process manager, if you have a large world space like 60 or 90 chunks it can take as long as 2 to 3 weeks.
no joke thats from the wiki.
oops I got that count wrong its more like a thousand chunks takes a couple weeks.

before the mod goes up there will be a warzone patch, but I did not know area 51 also is in the same area...

big fight at the ships core, also you can see the newly textured M41A pulse rifle that now has a select fire script so you can fire 10mm auto fire or the underbarrel 25mm grenade launcher, also very cool :biggrin:

a screen of one of many cave areas in "Angel Park" also this Alpha Khazra is not using the new weapon I made for him, actually I made a new weapon for the Alpha and warrior khazra, they both got new sword type weapons.
and that gun is in there too.
oh and I made a new grenade that explodes and sprays alien acid blood, the explosion has a cool effect and any thing caught in the blast starts smoking and takes damage over time from the acid burn, its one of those "ya gotta see it" things

there are 2 images that djmystro put up that I want to comment on, they are both loaded one on top the other its the hoverbot and hacked MKII, if you have not fought these creatures before then your in for a suprise because right after clicking the print screen button on both those images, dj must have loaded his last save because the hoverbot missles suck, they hurt bad, and in the other screen he was about to catch a full volley of missles from the MKII.
the timing on those screens was perfect :biggrin:

I dont know if this is somehow related but sometimes when creating a new interior cell with all the proper navs and what not, I get a similar effect with things like full body skeletons and other objects including standing dead people
is there some trick to gettin these things to fall down?

I think I'll crank out a few new creatures first before updating again, some people get mad when I update to soon and they have to download a monster huge file again.

right now I am uploading my main file for my "Monster Mod".
I had to remove some texture files from the bsa to get it under 300 mbs, then add those files with the esm to another folder and upload them seperate because the whole 400 mb package would not upload, I have a number of mods and update pretty often and have only ran into this site error message with this last upload that is above 300 mbs.

I have uploaded 4 different mods all went in without a hitch, my current update for momod uploads fine under 300 mbs but has given me the site error message 3 times in a row now that it is over 400 mbs
I dont know what I'm doin wrong here
I created a bsa with the same name, compressed it in a folder with winrar, this time under 300 mbs and it went up.
did it exactly the same everything except this time with my 400 mb bsa and I got the site error message.
I dont know what else to do, I dont want to have to break up my bsa and upload loose files...
if somebody has uploaded something over 300 mbs could give me a hint at what I'm doin wrong here it would be very cool

just a small problem like I told dj, we got 2 chefs in the kitchen both with different recipes :biggrin:
I'm workin on a custom crit kill that when melted by acid or plasma by certain weapons, it leaves behind a skeleton with bits of flesh hanging off and the skeleton pulses with a green light :biggrin:
there are other effects for other weapons as well and they are all weapon specific so they will not conflict with weijiesens new eve mod, I'll put some screens up after dj lets me know whats up
