like the title says its a repeatable specific npc that as soon as i do vats either on her or on someone near her so that she is in the vats screen its an instant crash, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/18476/? this is the mod in question and the Nurse Calamity is the crash victim, i have looked thru the esp a few times trying to see if anything looks out of place but i dont see anything, that doesnt mean i am not missing something as i am slightly above novice skill with the tool. i see no errors when loading the esp in fo4edit either so if anyone has any ideas or can point me in the right direction to find out what is casuing this it would be appreciated. for referrence i can interact with her and she repsonds with normal generic dialogue, i can shoot her etc, everything but go into vats when she is in the picture. thank you

Skyrim sound is a good deal lower than anything else, meaning when im done with Skyrim and i go to youtube for example, its really loud. i tried launching Tomb Raider and its loud like youtube is. if i change the faudiomastervolume in prefsini from 1.0000 to 2.0000 would that work? exactly how does that work if someone would care to explain? thx for any responses

hmm. i was afraid you'd say that. this will be the 3rd time in as many weeks since i've started modding. i was hoping this time i could find the problem and fix it rather than restart. im gonna get real good at the starting part of skyrim modding i guess, thx for all the help to both of you. i think i am gonna wait for a day or two so i can actually play a bit with what i do have before i do that, havent actually just played the game you know.:)

one is one isnt, breton and nord and male orc. it actually doesnt seem to affect my breton female who i actually made a little shorter in Race menu but it affects my nord female, weird ik

like topic says. when equiped weapons get about 1.5X bigger id guess, been looking around but cant find anything on a fix. possibly related to Race menu idk, b/c of weapon scales in the plugins but havent touched them. i remeber seeing a topic about it somewhere a few days ago but cant find where now. any tips or suggestions where to look for help is appreciated, thank you. also this doesnt seem to affect my male chars, maybe harder to notice.

on install i only choose face pack so i can get the dirt to beauty marks and different eyebrow choices. the way i understand it is that the textblend is for blending non cbbe head with cbbe body but should i not even take the face option on install and go without diff eyebrows or am i good as long as i dont actually use the textblend.exe, which i only tried once to horrible results. and by uninstall everything do you mean all or just anything related to body, head etc.? i actually d/l the cbbe file and SG file to desktop and was looking at everything they install and comparing to Skyrim folder and found a cpl files, like mouth from SG which i took out already, but no change. was thinking of doing uninstall of both and cleaning out everything and starting with vanilla body again unless you do mean take out all mods.

yeah after readiing thru the comments section i decided no on this one, currently im trying to narrow down what is left over after deactivating SG b/c i get a whiter neck after taking it out, not talking about the darker bar near hairline you mentioned. its possible i just never noticed that before, but i would have noticed the whiter neck bar around back of neck i think so im guessing something just doesnt get fully deactivated. or maybe im just more sensitive to noticing any little thing since trying out this SG mod and having neck issues with that. its kinda sad that i wanted to get a pc again to have access to mods and play some of my fav games more the way i want to play them, but i have played about 2% and modded or tried to mod/fix/learn etc. about 98% of the time. i guess thats the way it goes with mods tho. http://xxxsynnxxxx.imgur.com/all/ most recent screens are showing that white bar around back of neck w/o SG that im talking about. only CBBE with face pack, havent done textblend or anything. i swear i didnt notice that before if it was there.

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/6554/ this one seems like a possibility but its taking me a while to read thru it. when it says vanilla it just means i am using the CBBE body without having made any alterations with bodyslide correct? and id guess if i had or do use bodyslide in the future it could/would mess with this texture?

a map shouldnt interfere with textures right? i'm looking at trying fitness body with a texture. i'm going to find a texture first then when i find out if a map, like fitness body wont bother with the texture ill try that. if anyone can tell me in the meantime it is appreciated. ty

just noticed the mod page for SG syas latest version is 1.5b, but on D/L page its only 1.5. in my NMM its also only 1.5

yes, ty both for any help. so then what can i do with SG since i do have diff neck colors now, is there a plugin for race menu that could be affecting it? i have thehags tattoo and 1 hairstyle pack with 5 hdt hairs and a tattoo from merta assassin armor set. i think thats all of them. i dont have an enb nor any other textures for females or heads. not just neck color, but also slight seams at the ankles wrists and hip, with a slight gap at neck as well. never had any of these things until SG textures was installed. is it load order? i only use LOOT and then before i start i dbl check the few mods that have said to be in a particular place are where they should be.

ok, i have text blend and am looking at it but it only comes with default CBBE textures which i dont believe will work now as i have SG still installed. so i am going to be looking for how to get SG txtures into text blend tool, but if anyone can help it will be most appreciated and probably save me time, tyvm! is it possible to manually d/l SG textures to desktop and get the textures for text blend that way, and if so how exactly? just find any female file and drag, or copy/paste?

ok, well than i just have to live with diff color neck or go back to just CBBE face with dark band. its funny because i didnt notice it before and now i cant stop looking at it! so, if i try CBBE face again without SG do not use textblendlite because its a CBBE body with a CBBE face, right? if i dont choose CBBE face than ill have vanilla face on CBBE body? in that case id use textblendlite. although idk if i could go back to vanilla face now.

so how do i edit those texblend files? i did not pick that box on last install of CBBE before i reactivated SG. also would this be solved with an enb? or am i biting off more than i should? i forgot, i put those files back and the ghost panties are gone

so NMBS should get rid of different neck color seam? or just those shiny lines and overall pinkinsh color of skin? im reading it now and am not sure if it will do that. as far as backing up sk.dds files i shouldnt have any to back up now since i deleted them right? so i can just uninstall as he say by taking out all those files if id want. sorry, just very new and want to understand what im doing before i do it.

i did notice that my sliders were not set, at least the body ones in race menu in the middle of going in and out of game between different trys of getting rid of seams and colors.

are you referring to bronze skin mod or textblend itself? i see both talked about in the faq in description page of cbbe nexus page im guessing you mean text blend as i just read no more bronze skin and i believe thats referring to the shiny , wavy lines that appear around light, which doesnt bother near as much as the neck colors and seams.

ok, could you tell, show me how to use that site for screens, in case you didnt my first post im as green as they come., ok im signed up on imgur now thx. also, since you said that the dark band is from textblendlite maybe thats why i didnt see it until after i uninstalled SG the first time because i didnt have at first install of CBBE. but when i saw the neck color after SG was instaleed is when i wenr back and tried CBBE reinstall and added the textblendlite optiion then. since then i have reactivated CBBE w/out textblendlite but maybe some file is hanging around somewhere?
