That's the Ofuda Shikima Taisen mod. After you install the compilation, you can find the box for it here: http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/5863/oblivi...05030118428.jpg You'll probably notice there are two boxes clipping into each other in that particular location. It's the larger of the two boxes that has the mod.
