Does anyone know when we will be able to have mods that can distribute their content on NPC's? For example any sort of armor mods. I would rather want to get the armor by killing an enemy NPC than waiting till I get the junk to build it. I don't know if anyone else has asked this question with different phrasing so I'm asking it again, apologies if anyone is annoyed of this repetition
