  1. I have searched for a solution for this all over, read articles, forums, watched youtube vids. I am running skyrim AE from GOG on linux via Lutris (wine). I have no problem running the game, I can even run with hundreds of mods, and just let SkyUI be broken (inventory just takes extra seconds to open) Even from a fresh install from GOG, download DLC's and patches, and the only mods being SKSE64, unofficial skyrim patches, alternate start and SkyUI, I get this error. I've tried the GOG ver of skse64 on nexus, the regular ver, and also downloaded from https://skse.silverlock.org I cannot get rid of this error. Any ideas?
  2. Hello, I am running SkyrimSE in linux (wine) and have over 50 mods installed and working NP without MO2 or vortex. I have been just extracting mods into data/subfolder as needed. With Lux however, it's way more complicated in the archive than any other mod I've seen. Is there a way to install this manually or am I out of luck?

  4. Skyrim SE Hey all, I just noticed there is something causing the gameplay setting to revert to novice difficulty. I go into the menu, change to master, hit esc a few times to get out, it says "Saving..." then I go right back in and it's on Novice again. Any ideas which mod may be doing this? Is there a way to troubleshoot?   5. even when starting the game with skse64_loader.exe i am not getting any mods. What else do i need to do to enable mods?

  7. Hello, I know nothing of modding except that I download stuff, put the files somewhere and the game should "see" that and be modded. I am using GOG Skyrim SE on linux, and I'm downloading stuff like Apoc magic, ordinator, world map, etc and it looks like none of it is active. After I download these mods manually and extract them into the data folder, is there anything else I need to do to "activate" them? I am not using a mod manager.
  8. After removing all the CC stuff and rebooting, a lot of the dependencies have been resolved and mods are working for some reason. I guess my question is about the CC then. Can I do vortex/nexus mods and CC at the same time or should I avoid that?
  9. No idea, I was in creation club, I want to do the x02 quest addon but it gives an error in fallout 4 creation club interface that I don't have the require files. I installed vortex to install some mods, to see if there was other quests / stuff I could do and that is what is in the list. My problem is that I don't know how to get these dependencies installed. Also, as far as I can tell, no mods are working with fallout 4 even though they all say installed and enabled. You're mixing up NexusMods, Vortex and Creation Club Mods. If you're only using Creation CLub mods, there's no need to use Vortex OK, so how can I resolve the dependencies that are in Vortex under say, SS2? It says stuff like ccbgsfo4018-gaussrifleprototype.esl, so I installed a mod called Gauss Rifle Prototype, and it's still listed in missing masters.

  11. So I'm a total n00b, what am I doing wrong? Fallout 4, Vortex 1.3.13, 64bit windows 10 I install some mods, and it's giving me a warning at the top, missing masters. I hit "more" and get the attached (Vortex1.png) Basically it's giving me a list of plugins that have dependencies but I click them and it shows no results. Some are not obvious (ccbgsfo4048-dovah.esl for instance), and some are. When I click on a dependency in the "missing masters" area, attached is the search result (nothing) Vortex2.png What am I doing wrong?
