[Mod names for skyrim and fo4?]

Does anyone know the mod witch appeared both in skyrim and fi4 where you can take items from other esps

[fallout gun glitch please help]

so I play fallout a lot with mods and stuff and I noticed a glitch were my gun goes of to the side and I would like someone to help

I have fallout new vegas and I use mods lke enbs and project Nevada and just mods in general but I encountered a problem in game whenever I use a automatic gun whether it be the assault carbine or some other assault rifle type even from other mods it moves the gun far to the side please help not a game breaking issue but an annoying and I want it gone now please help
