[Skyrim SE - Mod Detectives Thread]

Does anyone know of any mods that allow you to use a bow while dragon riding? You can shout and use magic  while riding a dragon, and you can use a bow on horseback (and there's a mod to use spells) but there doesn't seem to be anything for dragon mounted archers.

I'm looking for a mod that changes the enchantment from reducing the Shout Cooldown by 20% to buffing the Shout Magnitude by 25% instead. This isn't a new or original idea, the popular Adamant mod by SimonMagus616 already does this but I'm looking for a standalone mod that does this one thing and nothing else. Would anyone be willing to do this or point me to a mod that already does this?
