Do someone get their hands on a fix for this issue?
I had the same problem with cracked game.
I solved it by going to Settings > Windows security > Virus threat and protection > Virus threat and protection settings. There i turned off Real-time protection and then went to Protection History. Once there i found the Threat blocked sign and when i opened it, it was one of the files from my Skyrim folder. I just restored it and it worked next time i ran MO2. Always check those options when running your PC anew, bcs, as i understand it, the Real-time protection is restored once you turn on your PC again.

PS. I don't know if this works for legaly bought games tho...
