Add Skyrim potion created sound

We need to remove that blur effect when flying a broom. Anybody know how to do it?

I don't know if already exist but after two weeks searching and trying to do it myself the results are disappointing. I just want a smooth 1st person movement when I press A or D. I really like to find a way that my hands stay on the middle of the screen like while I'm pressing W key. I really don't know how to explain it, but jump to ur skyrim game, enter fist person mode, equip something on both hands and press A key and D key a few times, see that ugly movement to left and right? Yes that's exactly that I want to change.
