I haven't made any mods for Oblivion, but the Construction Set looks similar to the Skyrim one.
With the Unconscious.esp in you data folder, start the Construction Set.
Go File, then Data.
In the box that comes up, scroll down until you see the unconscious.esp & double click on it.
It should now be the only .esp with an X in the box. Click on Set as Active File & then click OK.
Then go up the top to Gameplay, & then Edit Scripts... (or click on the last icon with the pencil on it.)
Go Script > Open, and in the box that comes up, only the script or scripts that the mod changes, or adds should be available to choose from.
Click on the script (or Scripts) It should be obvious where it sets the percentage & you can edit that line & Save the changes from the script box.
If it changes more than one script, edit them to the same percentage & save.
Then Save the changes to the .esp from the main page File > Save.
Edit: The script uses the script extender, so you will probably need to download that to save the changes.
I tried the mod in it's standard form, and my mage would kill them with her fists (which she has never used)
But I changed the 0.0375 to 0.2375 & she now punches them unconscious.
You'll just have to trial and error a figure that suits you.
There are two scripts that need editing. See Pic.

Hi all,
you may substitute all 0A by 0D0A (it means substitute <line feed> by >carriage return & line feed>.
A hex-Editor is useful to do that.
greets
Thanks mafriwowo. That was annoying me too.
For anyone unfamiliar with hex editing, who might want clearer instructions.
Open the .ini in a hex editor.
I used HxD. Available here: http://download.cnet.com/HxD-Hex-Editor/3000-2352_4-10891068.html
Go Edit > select all
Go Search >
Search for: 0A
Replace with: 0D0A
Datatype: Hex-values
Replace all

A message will tell you that it will change the size of the file, click OK.
File > Save.

installing direct x gives a interal error it says see dx log for help so something must be worng with my direct x.
Disable your antivirus software & try again.
The installer has to register the .dll's, your antivirus software is probably stopping it from doing it.

Make a temporary folder on your desktop.
Go here & download the June 2010 runtimes to the temporary folder
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109
Then scroll down and run DXSETUP. (see pic)
http://i.imgur.com/yEGIKfy.jpg
When it says Installation complete, you can delete the folder on your desktop.
-
Ok I'll do that. How do I drag them to the installers tab? The mods are only showing up on the mod tab
Open Wyre Bash on the installers tab
Then open the folder you download your mods to, left click on the 7z package you downloaded, & holding the left mouse button down, drag it onto the blank part on the left of the installer page & let go of the mouse button.
A window will come up and ask you what you want to do.
select copy
It will show up on the left hand side in red.
Right click on it, & choose install.

Because it is only mesh & texture replacements & installed last, it will then show up in your game.
I don't have Roberts Male Bodies that the mod requires, but the new armour showed in my game when I tried it.
-
If you get Wrye Bash and drag your mods into the installers tab, it will show any conflicts on the conflicts tab.
See in pic how Natural Faces is in yellow because one of it's textures is being replaced by Roberts Female Bodies.

That mod crashes my game as well.
With it, the game crashes at least once an hour.
Without it I can go 27 level ups without a crash.
In my case, I have the Australian disk version of the game.
I think that mod was written for the steam or North American market disc version.
-
That Patch error " old file not found " is what I get when I try to patch my Australian disc version on the game, with the North American version of 1.2.0416 that is here on Nexus. In spite of the error warnings, it said my game was 1.2.0416, but it crashed a lot.
I had to reinstall from my discs & apply the Australian patch.
You never answered my question about which region your discs are from, but if they are not from North America, then you need to get the correct patch from Bethseda. http://patches.bethsoft.com/
-
I still have the same disc and, the shivering isles and knights of the nine from years back.
Which country are the discs from?
-
It's do-able, but not as straight forward as just starting from scratch.
Look at Hjerim in the toolset.
But if your new to Skyrim modding, house modding in particular, then you should do yourself a favour and do this course.
It's the best step by step tutorial I've seen.
http://tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/topic/6840-ck-basics-an-introduction/
After you have completed the 4 lessons, your house mod will be the better for it.

is there a mod manager for this game ? i really dont want to fill my main drive for a few gb eater mods for this game
There is no mod manager, but you can use the home switch so that the folders that usually go in documents on your C: drive, go to another fixed drive.
(not one drive or some other cloud drive)
Edit the target line of the shortcut "G:\Games\NWN2 Complete\nwn2main.exe" leave a space & then -home"E:\NewPlace"
You will still need to make sure you have enough free space on your C: drive though, the game does all it's work in temp folders of the C: drive.

Well yes, a good character wouldn't join the thieves good, & couldn't join the dark brotherhood, but having no assaults & murders is much harder than just that.Because you didn't join the thieves guild, dark brotherhood and of come quests?
Just try getting through the battle of Bruma, keeping all the named characters alive, without hitting someone on your side.
Even keeping Jeelius alive while not assaulting Mythic Dawn members who don't attack you at Lake Arrius Caverns.
-
I've made it to level 27 & am Champion of Cyrodiil and haven't committed a single crime.
It's harder than it sounds.

This is the first time I have ever had Baurus survive to the temple of the one.
I had thought it was scripted that he die in battle, because the other two times I've had him survive the battle of Bruma,
in spite of being in full health when you last see him before entering the Temple of the One, Jauffre has said he died a hero.
It will be interesting to see if he has any unique post battle comments.

Your browser is probably changing the file extension to .zip or .rar
When you download, choose the "save as" option and make sure it is being saved with a .omod extension.
If that is what's happened, you can just rename the .zip to .omod
-
The Office of Imperial Engineering, I think is from Reclaim SancreTor, & Ignar Rodblock is the messenger from Kvatch Rebuilt.
I would download BOSS https://boss-developers.github.io/ & use it's suggested load order.
-
You'll have to run daupdater.exe in the bin_ship folder & reinstall the mods.
The .xml file that tells the game what you have installed has been over written
-
So renaming it didnt work to changing it's its file type, it's still showing up as a 7zip file. This is what I'm clicking to get the file. http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/download/80882
If you close the folder you downloaded it to, & then reopen it, it will show as a .omod file.
Or you can just choose the "save as" option in that link & change the .zip to .omod there.
You can tell by what's in the .zip, that it is an omod.
-
Yes ignore Mad King's post & install the June 2010 runtimes https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109
The webinstaller doesn't work with Windows 10, but if you download the package to a temporary folder on your desktop & then run DXSETUP.exe from inside the package, it will install & then you can delete the temporary folder.

What stage is the quest showing in the consolde (getstage TrainingDestruction)? I should have linked you to this page, though it doesn't outline any problems similar to what you are reporting.
You haven't had her die on you and resurrected or spawned another copy of her by any chance, have you?
No, she hadn't died. And I have the unofficial patch which should stop that from happening.
I was at stage 10, I used setstage trainingdestruction 20, Then gave her 20 pelts & she agreed to train me.
Trouble was, I instinctavely hit quicksave & lost progress in my new game.
Thanks for the link.
Edit: One thing I thought of, was that those pages say to seek her out with destruction 70, I was already an Expert (76) so maybe you have to do it while your still a journeyman ?
Edit 2: It's only taken me 8 years to reach 200 posts.
-
Have a look at the UESP Wiki page on her.
That tells you what is meant to happen, but that is not what is happening.
I went back and asked both the other destruction trainers again & then went back to her, but she still wouldn't talk to me.
I've started a new game with a fighter type now, but I kept the last save in case someone offers a suggestion.
-
I have her training quest & I'm on 76 destruction, & have tried at several hours of the day & she just says, "Go away stranger, you'll frighten the animals & make my job harder"
Anything else I can try?

The installer doesn't need to be in your override folder, you can run it from anywhere.
After you extract the files from the .rar Click on the Dragonage Origins folder.
Then Non-companion NPC's (contains Dracomies True Textures) folder.
Then the Dragonage_Redesigned_Version_7.3C.exe (or whatever version it is up to.)
Then next.
Then next again.
At the next screen "Dracomies True Textures" will be selected (you need this so click) next.
Agree to the terms & click next.
In this next window, it shows where the installer wants to install to. C:\Users\YourName\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override.
Make sure the path that it shows, is where your override folder is.
If not, click on the 3 little dots & browse to your override folder, then click next.
It will then show you where it intends to install. If it's right, click Start.
It will install the textures & tell you Dragonage Redesigned has been successfully installed. click exit.
Have You got this far?
Then you click on Dragonage_Redesigned_Version_7.3C.exe again, then next, then next.
Then you choose which package you want by changing from Dracomies True Textures, to one of the options underneath & click next, then Agree & next again.
Again you will see the path to your override folder, if it is the correct path, click next. Then Start.
If you have trouble after that, someone else will have to help you, as I've only ever installed the textures.

Yes, you get the toolset with the GOG version.

Baurus survived!
