hmm...it's not there, I've also got a mod installed that gives stormcloak guards more diverse armor for each city, but I don't recall that it replaced any files.

Wait where is the location of stormcloak armor mesh and textures?

I'm fairly new to the creation kit and I'm only using it for basic changes such as this, changing the default armor of guards in Whiterun. I'd like to have all the guards wearing the custom armor models that I've downloaded already (Witcher 2 Heavy Plate armor). I'm not really certain where I should start to get the best possible product. My first guess was to simply go into existing whiterun guard actor models and change their inventory default outfits to the custom armor outfit, but all the configurations in the inventory tab are greyed out, so I feel this is not the area I should be editing. If I could get some advice on how to produce this change it'd be much appreciated.
