  1. I'm running a pretty extensive mod setup with Viva New Vegas as a base. Here's the list of mods here. https://pastebin.com/dGPicEiL One of the last mods on the list is Perks for Challenges Remade, which you can find here. https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/60865?tab=files One of the base-game challenges that you can complete is called Just Point and Click, which you can read about here on the Fallout Wiki. https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Just_Point_and_Click So with Perks for Challenges Remade the only way I can get the Heavyweight perk is to complete the Just Point and Click challenge. My problem is that the challenge just isn't in-game for me. I'm an idiot boy. http://puu.sh/Ju7Ha/f032fad77e.jpeg It's not lower on the list, I didn't complete it, killing enemies with heavy weapons doesn't make it pop up with my progress. It wouldn't be in any other menu because it's a kill challenge. Likewise it doesn't have any pre-requisites listed on the FNV wiki, so it should be there. Looking at the CHALLENGE in FNVEdit, it's there and mostly unaltered. http://puu.sh/Ju7HH/a5d84716e2.png So the only mod that's altering the challenge is Perks for Challenges.esp. But if I disable that .esp itself, the challenge still doesn't appear in my game. So I can only assume that there's some advanced method that's running a script outside of FNVEdit's scope - like an NVSE thing - that's disabling the challenge for some reason. I've disabled a bunch of my misc. bugfix mods to see if one of them broke the challenge by mistake, but the challenge doesn't reappear in the list when I reload my save. Likewise searching "just point and click" as a phrase in the New Vegas forums here on the Nexus only gets unrelated use of the phrase. Send help, pls. Why no challenge, what is fix ;-; EDIT: Turns out I just didn't use a "Heavy Weapon", I'm used to TTW which counts the Light Machine Gun as a Big Gun. Using a Minigun to kill something started the challenge as normal and there's no actual issue. I'd delete the thread if I could but I can't.
  2. Issue has been solved with help from castisass, who was the commenter in the Frozen Feminine Movement thread who had the same issue. Castisass said that the issue as he learned was a flag on certain armors called HasBackpack, which my armor did have. I found out if I removed my Ranger armor, saved, then reloaded to a naked player-character then my animations would be fixed until I put the armor on again. I went through with xEdit and removed the HasBackpack flag from all my non-power armors (which was just variations of the radiation suit and NCR Ranger Comabt/Patrol armor) then the issue was fixed. Solved.
  3. Animations from Frozen 3rd Person Feminine Movement aren't playing for the player despite animations working just fine for the NPCs. Animations in question are the idle and move forward animations - moving side to side, backward, moving with equipped, unholstered weapons all work as they should. But moving forward with no weapon or a holstered weapon and the idle animation does not work. Here's a video of the problem in action. https://streamable.com/a6znzt A commenter on the mod page had the same issue but their solution was to hard delete the default animations for moving forward and idle from the meshes BSA. That's messy but I tried it anyways and it didn't work for me, possibly I deleted the wrong files. I deleted 'mtforward.kf' from meshes\characters\_male\locomotion\female and 'mtidle.kf' from meshes\characters\_male\locomotion\ in the Fallout - Meshes.bsa. I sent them a private message to ask if they had any other solution. Part of what's so baffling to me about this problem is that the animations work perfectly fine for NPCs. I also think I had these animations working perfectly fine sometime prior and then somewhere along the line I updated something or tweaked some setting somewhere and now it doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated, it's making me upset but clearly it's not a game-breaking issue.

  6. Windows 7, 64 bit. Intel i-5 3300, 4x3.0GHz 16 GB ram GTX 750ti Up until I installed Automatron 2 weeks ago I had no problems at all. I played the intro mission to Automatron, and then suddenly my game just hasn't worked since. I had mods, doesn't matter anymore. I uninstalled every last one of them. I deleted all my ini files, I've done a clean install. Nothing seems to be working. I updated my graphics drivers, I've updated to Fallout 4 beta, I've uninstalled Automatron, I've reinstalled Automatron, I've done practically everything in my power and nothing seems to work. If I start Fallout 4, I'll get a black screen for about two seconds before a crash with no error.
