  1. In addition to that request, can we PLEASE have couriers riding horses, having one chasing me on foot while I'm riding a horse is comical at best immersion breaking at worst.
  2. This is a request for a mod that keeps NPC vehicles moving when the player climbs on them, currently when you jump on the rear of a lorry trailer for example it behaves as if you're blocking it's path and never moves, so a big please to anyone who can mod this to work.
  3. I have problems with the wrapper version, can hear game starting but the start menu is blank, the injector version works flawlessly for me.
  4. Touring Carriages cause this problem for me, I have to remember to disable it until my character has escaped Helgen.
  5. Yes please, would also like to see something like this implemented for Hearthfire, take the little ones on a horseback riding adventure.
  6. It's ironic, most of us who convinced her to get cured wanted the complete opposite, fortunately a modder came to the rescue, don't know why Bethesda missed something so glaring, still using the health drain spell and still red eyes.
  7. I use a timescale of 10, never seen particular weathers last for days, though rain does seem to be happening for long hours(not days), are you running any weather mods?
  8. Go kill Volsung, get his mask, problem solved, just trying to help.
  9. I assume you loaded Apachi Hair and Interesting NPC's into the CK? Or you could try The Hair Stylist http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/48470/? add the hair in game, make a save.
  10. Followers walk in the players path so to speak, or to put it another way, they are tethered to the player by an invisible line, but they cannot perform the next step until the player does, they're lagged, I know that someone in the past did something to get followers into delta formation with the player at the point, but this involved trig maths taking into account the players angle of rotation then the distance calculated between player and each follower, I'm sure the same could be done to have a follower walk along side the player, but would have to be a constantly running script to mathematically update positions.
  11. Not sure a shadow casting object will work, the issue is with color space ambient lighting, I first learned this when modding a home in open space in Fallout NV, of course it was worse there because no statics cast shadows so the abode had no self shadowing, I did try using a trigger box to lower ambient intensity while the player was inside, did not work too well because looking out the door or window the scenery was darkened, I did notice that Tomb Raider reboot does the job quite well when entering a tomb, the ambient light level drops but when looking back at where you entered it's still bright outside.
  12. Check out birds of skyrim, other mods also deal in details, but what you're pointing out in particular is details that would have little or no impact on game play, it's the latter the company is selling, some things are just not needed and probably go unnoticed anyway, termite's for example, can show wood that's been attacked by termites, but little point having the actual termites in game, too small and unnoticeable for the resources they would use.
  13. Yeah, blades that do not want to kill every dragon in sight, I was rather unimpressed after looking forward to meeting up with the blades, we meet two that are adamant all dragons must die, but I digress from the thread. Been giving a cursory look at Beyond Skyrim, I've seen ambitious projects like this before, my fingers are crossed that this project does not end up like those, I can visit Cyrodiil any time since I have Oblivion, but it would be great to cross the Skyrim map into Cyrodiil, see the old places, the imperial city, Cheydinhal, not seen Anvil mentioned, maybe I missed it, hope it's part of the project, it was my favourite port city. Kudos to all those putting in the effort for this project, looking forward to the finished result.
  14. I mostly play as a female and use the fur armor, the full fur armor not the bikini top one, it's good for my favourite type of build whether male or female, stealth.
  15. That was my initial attitude when starting out with Oblivion, but I like immersive type play, then I saw Kvatch Reborn and Open Cities, this not only got me into using mods but also modding small stuff myself. I give kudos to Bethesda for firing up the imagination and kudos to modders for taking that multiple steps further.
