  1. You must make an "Object mod" that sets your "material swap" you have set up.  The material swap needs a .BGSM file to point to the new texture.

    Then you need to make the "Construable Object" if you want to craft the new paint on,

    or if you just want to add one to the game, add the Object mod to each part with the "Object Template" Button.

  2. Each game is very different in the way you can mod it. Perhaps a list of the game you would like to make mods for could help guide you to the correct part of the forum.

    Skyrim and Fallout 4 are good gateways to get you going.

  3. No this is not to eazy, the voice lines quest points to Codsworth by a unique actor. Any object mods it has installed / uninstalled will not change that. The mod would need to disable him and enable a replacement, but similar result can be reached

    without any mods.

    Just make a fake and send CW to a settlement you never use.

  4. Yes,

    on pc without mods before you load a game you can type `COC Qasmoke takes you to the development room skipping the start of the game and puts you with all items in the game.

    & the starting load screen can script can be tweaked to send you to a new mod, exc
