I'm downloading the Witcher 3 HD mod 9.3gb free, and I get it I only get 2mb speed. BUT my network speed for DL is 16-17mbps while storage is 2mb, what is going on?? This crashed my internet completely once before (not the mod download but everything else), and I do have 250/100mb optical fiber connection.
