About jihadoftomorrow

  1. Do you use BOSS? Your new plugin could have a bad load order causing your Oblivion to crash on startup. http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20516
  2. Tried fast traveling to the Market, Cheydinhal. Still crashes. I even coc'd to other interior cells like the Mages' Guild in Bruma or Fighter's Guild in Skingrad, doesn't crash there.
  3. I played for a few hours and decided to finish the Imperial Arena. I played a few matches, stopped playing, then played again. When I finally got to Grand Champion and went out, my game would crash in 2 seconds.I guess the arena doesnt count as an exterior cell since I've never crash while in a match. I installed a few mods in between play times but those mods don't seem to be the problem. Any idea? EDIT Okay, I tried making a new character and going outside and my game doesn't crash. Hopefully that information will help solve the problem
  4. So how exactly do I do the "replacing the item's location to testinghall?" I've never done this before, I've only used the CS tool for modifying item attributes. Thanks for the reply.
  5. When I download armor, weapon or clothing mods I want to make it so that it will spawn inside the testinghall rather than where the original modder put it. How do I go about doing this? Will it be too much of a hassle to do? Or, how do I get the item code of a downloaded item mod? Only so that I could just use the player.additem code instead. Thanks for any help.
  6. Thanks for the reply but nope didn't work. I was hoping to avoid re installation but if there's no solution for this I guess I'd have no choice.
  7. Haven't played Oblivion for weeks now and decided to play again recently. I loaded my save and my character was where I left him. The thing is after a few seconds the game crashes now. This has never happened to me before and only started just now. Anyone know why? Also, when I loaded up the oblivion startup it set my video settings as if it was my first time starting the game. Is this in any way related?
  8. I'm fairly experienced with the program. But more specifically, how do I make it so that both the feet, hand and head textures have all matching color tones?
  9. Hey thanks, I also prefer OBMM's interface rather than Bash. I guess anyone with 100+ mods will experience significantly longer load times.
  10. I've been doing this lately, and if the downloaded mod has an extra folder I just fix it right up to make it more OMOD compatible. The thing is, I'm downloading more and more mods and kinda worried that making them all OMOD's (which they never were supposed to be) could cause some problems in my games. Does anyone else do this? The whole reason I do this is to make uninstalling and organizing mods much more easy.
  11. Alright I've done a search on my oblivion folder for any ArchiveInvalidation.txt files and come up with none now so I guess that means there's no more. The crashes have also stopped and I am using BSA Redirection. Thanks again for that informative and helpful post!
  12. Yes, that was very helpful. Thank you very much. So I'm guessing everyone should use BSA Redirection over the other options? Also, I saw an ArchiveInvalidation.txt in my oblivion folder, I deleted it but to be sure, this folder is the only place where that .txt file can be found right?
  13. Yet, when I set it to Universal everything's fine. What does Universal mean or do anyway? Here are my settings right now that cause loading a save to crash. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/15949445/Images/dasdsadsa.jpg Even if I set it to just Textures and Meshes it still crashes
