Skyrim Halfsized is a good texture mod. all it does is halves all of the textures in game for no loss of quality. i'll try and find the link later :)

are there any other resource heavy mods you have loaded? also what settings are you running the game at?

try the skyrim halfsized mod. it makes all textures in game half as big for no loss of quality. i use it and can run skyrim on my integrated Radeon HD 8400 graphics card laptop.

bottlenecking means is if one component is weaker than another, lets say the graphics card is bottlenecking the CPU. for gaming then the experience is hindered.The CPU can do its task, but the graphics card is so weak that it can't render the graphics. For you it means that your CPU is more powerful than you GPU in this case.

the ENB could still be lagging your game. also your CPU might be bottlenecking.

Have you checked for any active effects on your character?

what is your cpu and its speed? also what is your video card and its vram amount? these are things we need to know to be able to help you. also are you using enb's?

try completely removing Java and then reinstalling it.

try pressing control + shift once. it might be that your keyboard has gone into bilingual mode.

Have you tried TesVedit cleaning the master files of update.esp,Dawnguard.esp,hearthfire.esp and dragonborn.esp. Also for future reference you should post you load order and PC specs :)

k. your processor, and ram are more than good enough. it might be your video/graphics card, but I don't know which one you have. other than that, it could be loose scripts from old mods that were not fully deleted when skyrim was reinstalled, or it could be dirty edits. I had a similar crashing problem, and TESVedit cleaning fixed it. also what detail settings are you playing it on?

Please start with providing your system specs as well. other wise it can be difficult to help troubleshoot your problem.

honestly I can't find a problem with your mods, or load order. it might just be a problem with your install. try doing a clean install, then with mods active. see if that helps :)

try reducing the amount of mods you are trying to load at a single time. also could we have your system specs?

what resolution is your moniter?

what about an intel HD 3000? my skyrim works fine with that on low detail.

skyrimprefs.ini is in a folder inside your main skyrim folder. the folder it is in is titled skyrim. or atleast for my install it is.

it might help to tone down your graphics settings if you haven't already and maybe even use the skyrim halfsized mod. I use that on a windows 7 64 bit, 2.5GHz, intel hd 3000 graphics, 6GB ram laptop and I can run at least the texture detail at high.

You would have to tell me what your computers specs are, as otherwise I have no way of telling you other than looking at you computer.

Nevermind. I fixed the problem. it just had to do with dirty edits, which I cleaned.
