Title says it all... How do I add spell cooldowns on spells? I am exploring the basic features of the CK, but then suddenly, I found myself making a bunch of new spells. To prevent spamming them, I need to know how I can add CD to my spells. If it's somewhat related to scripts, I'd rather not deal with that; as I have only a meager amount of knowledge about scripts ----- -Nightwatcher

I'm just a novice modder since I only started using the Creation kit recently. I do know how the basics work, well, mostly the spells from Youtube videos and the creationkit.com I am mainly working on spells, but I needed the scripting skill to keep it from becoming just a duplicate from the game itself. So yeah, the question, how did you learn to well, mod? Do you prefer the "Youtube" or the non-Youtube? ----- -Nightwatcher

(English is my 2nd language, so I apologize if I haven't specified what I truly want to know) Hi, I've played Skyrim for almost 6 months and well, as everyone says, it's beautiful. From the past week, I've familiarized myself with the Creation Kit. Got it up and running etc. I've made a few spells and stuff, but most didn't work as I expected. I kinda figured they needed scripts. I have little knowledge about scripts. I've read a page from creationkit.com how a script works etc. (the Hello World! one to be specific). But I'm looking for script references for the magic effects themselves, not for quests. Either that, or I just missed a tutorial page from the creationkit.com
