My Fallout: New Vegas game runs at about 55-65 FPS constantly. But now, when I'm in a fight, on the strip, in Zion National Park, or around ALOT of items or NPCs, I get HUGE lag spikes and then my game freezes and never unfreezes! If it helps, I'm using New Vegas Anti Crash. (NVAC)

When I start Fallout: New Vegas the main title music plays, and right before the UI pops up I get all kinds of messages from mods that I would normally get upon starting a new game or loading a game. I have no idea how this happened. My load order is good, I think. All I did last was move the directory of Fallout: NV. Could this affect it? Please help!

I've been meaning for awhile now to add a modification like this. I want to create my own small little piano bar on the strip. I have all the building and NPCs done... but I want to know how I can script somone to go on stage kind of like The Tops Casino and perform. Not only that, but I also need to know how I can make an NPC sit at the bar all day. (Such as generic gamblers.) It would be much appreciated if any of you would be so kind to lend a helping hand to a starting modder in need! Thanks!

This is a capitol idea! I've always thought about this. This probobly wouldn't be a mod for ME to make but for anyone that has the time and patience, it would be a very easy and rather enjoyable experience to create! You know, you should probobly start modding it yourself if no one else will. All you have to do is have some skill in modelling and texturing along with all the programs that you have to go through. A mod like this would require a bit of creativity, but by the end the feeling of acomplishment would be like nothing else in the world. :thumbsup: Happy modding! -M'aiq

I'm stumped. Does anyone know how to make your own custom wild wasteland encounters?

Okay, it doesn't exactly crash on STARTUP, but just after it. It crashed right after the second or third slide that is shown on the main menu, but on top of that - it also has no title music. The sounds work, though. It plays the sounds for when the slides change but not the title music. Does anyone else have this problem? Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance! P.S. - My load order is fine, or it'd be crashing instantly on startup.

Is there a mod like this? I have the pick a perk every level mod, and also a mod that adds a BUNCH of perks. I'll run out of levels before I pick all the perks, or, at least my favorites. Thanks in advance!

I want to add special music to an interior for my mod. It'll be a store mod, and I want the store to be playing this song on loop. How can you do that on the GECK? But that's not all! Is there a way to distort the sound file to make it sound more... Aged and fallout-y? I want it to sound scratchy and pre-war, like it's been literally playing for hundreds of years, nonstop. I created a reference inside the Temple District of the Imperial city that my NPC travels to every Sunday for about 6 hours. How can I make it that he has different dialogue and doesn't sell items when he is at this reference? Thanks in advance!

So, I downloaded a few modder's resources, everything was working fine, I added one static object into my cell, everything continued to work, but when I tried to add another mesh and place it in my cell, all it did was show up as a large white punctuation mark. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance!

I'm trying to make a house mod in Fallout: New Vegas, but, I want to spice it up alittle to where a certain NPC can sell upgrades to the house, themes to the house, etc., etc., just like homes in Fallout 3 and Oblivion/Skyrim. ! Thanks in advance !
