could anyone reply please? I am not a noob, but haven't been into games for a long time (due to children) I have only just got back into gaming as the children are now bigger and need less attention because of school starting. I just need some help on how to get these mods to work. as In my opinion they break the realism. For example there's one mod that means when you're using polearms you can skewer multiple enemies. After playing total war games, this was a basic mechanic... if you plough through infantry with cavalry you damage multiple enemies. but not so in mount and blade?? I have to get that mod. it seems essential/ anyway please reach out to me.

I have reluctantly attempted to download a mod for mount and blade 2. It's called settlement icons, a nice simple one I think, which shows quests available on the map from a greater distance so you can know there's something important going on there before travelling over to have a look. It seems pretty straightforward, right click the file/properties/unblock then extract the contents and move the subsequent folder into the mount and blade modules folder. When I started the game, the menu does indeed sense the mod where I can activate it. I am warned that it's unofficial and talewords aren't responsible for it and proceed. The mod won't let me run the game, I have had to delete the folder from within modules. I had an error message.

So I did the first quest where I had to retreive a trigger finger. Next I had to investigate an attack on a caravan. I saw the wreckage, with a dead brahmin and a few boxes, and was told to next investigate an attackers corpse. I got there and the corpse was just a skull with some veterbrae and a swarm of flies. I clicked on the remains which DID NOT contain any loot. But the quest did not update. NOTE: while I was in the area. not far away I was attacked by some pretty powerful raiders. with power armour and some kind of plasma and lazer based weapons. My character is tough as Fxxx but I nearly had my arxx handed to me, and took several reloads to beat them. Not sure if they were quest related but i've never encountered any random baddies that tough before. i know where their corpses are.

i purchased this pc from someone, so i have no idea how old the watercooler is.. although i did suspect before posting here, that the watercooler was not operating efficiently, which is why I was already contemplating replacing it. Although the temperatures might be normal. presumably you mean for my system roughly?? I have a feeling the cpu is underclocking when it reaches high temperatures. ive noticed the lag only appears after several minutes of playing. If I were to get a cpu fan/heatsink. which one of those would you reccomend. presuming you think there more bang for your buck? I would much prefer OVERKILL when it comes to cooling.. i'm even that way when it comes to my raspberry pi, which has an ICE TOWER cooling fan, which idles at 25 and even under load 30. this way i know that underclocking can never occur.

I have an all in one watercooling system. Here is my pc 1. Strix B350-f gaming motherboard 2.cpu Ryzen 5 1700 8 cores 16 threads. My current cpu temp is at idle up to 35c When running fallout I easily get up to 95 to 100. Yes I have some mods installed also. but that's pretty high right? My fan and pump is defintely working. but this seems to be too hot for a game this old? or am i wrong? Either fallout new vegas has a bug where it's running too hot. or my watercooler isn't up to the job. and since having a better water cooler would be good either way, I think I would prefer to do that. However I am not very experienced with water cooling so my questions 1. Should I get a watercooler with an external resevoir? 1.b if yes. would my all inclusive watercooler connect to a resevoir and what if any extra parts would I need 1c. if not please reccomend the best all inclusive cooler which cools the best. but also fits on my motherboard. many thanks

Hello. I'm finding the installation of this mod rather convoluted. Please bear with me as i'm not too experienced. But in order to install this mod, it seems like I have to install several other items also. I haven't come across any bugs really, but I am seeing a log when generating from FNVLODGen which seems to suggest there are missing textures. As far as I know . I did everything in the correct order. Would appreciate some help here

running boss tells me that I need to cleanup some "dirty entries" I have also come across several threads that mention using tes edit to streamline your mods as it means less crashes and smoother performance aswell as merging all mods into a single unified mod. I have however seen no easy way of achieving this. What links have been shown are not very user intuitive and seem to merely contain over the top information of what the app does exactly. Does there exist an easy simple way of cleaning out my mod folder (which now has dozens of mods) I would prefer not to have to read links with an essay on how to use the app.

I have this problem, but do not have the flora overhaul installed, however I do have the treeslod file? shouldn't I only have that if I have the flora overhaul? anyway i'm going to try now with this deleted, but what is that file normally used for if not flora overhaul? secondly I can't find the settings you modified , namely "ulockedobjectmaplod=8 and the other one. I looked in skyrimprefer.ini which was in my documents, it's not there. I used the find word in file feature and copied and pasted, it isn't there.

Not only is this quest very retarded and stupid, because even when you do it the 2nd 3rd 4th time, your equipment is always in the same cave full of previously murdered thugs. Who the hell is keep taking your stuff back to a cave of dead men? Also the quest is singlehandedly the only cause for ctd's in my entire skyrim experience. And it totally stops me from ever being able to continue the battle beyond the remaining 10% of my health (Which is a lot of hitpoints on a character with huge health) and it destroys immersion by plucking you up from your current quest and forcing you to earn 100 gold to bribe some man to be able to then proceed to collect your equipment. I want to know how to stop /abort this quest from never ever happening again.

I have many mods installed... mainly from the G.E.M.S area. As a lot of those appealed to me, but I also have some official high res and unofficial ultra hd and skyrim hd 2k mods , not to mention the t30 overhaul etc. I tested the game each time I installed a big mod and it worked fine, even after everything was installed, but once thing I didn't test was the performance during battles and I have to say it does lag slightly.. which of course during a battle isn't good as you can miss your timings with attacks and spells because of the little stutters. What is the best way I can take to reducing lag? I think in oblivion you could merge all your mods into one big mod which gave a nice few fps improvement. I have also heard that there are some mods designed specifically to increase FPS, are they any good? if that doesn't work and I have to lower some settings, where should I start for the biggest improvement while keeping things as beautiful as they are? IE smallest decrease in quality. project enb has some "performance" files, would that be the best? or when I get the high res mods, should I choose medium instead of high? Would appreciate as much constructive advice as possible. OH and below are my system specs so you can tell me better what I should be expecting.
