Your posts are appreciated, but bare bones as far as advice. He post that he was looking for which settings could/would cause this. If your not sure then please allow someone who is to explain, Instead of telling him it could be what he already knows it most likely is, which is why he asked for a known setting that would cause this. This was the first thing done, no topic would have been made if this was as simple as a leftover file. He check all files and verified file integrity. I searched Forums/internet for an issue like this and didn't find any. I don't know if this could be due to a setting in the ini's, could it be?

He Does Have mods installed, just not any texture mods other than EBT and Gore. Which he just installed today long after this issue started. My Brother^^
