i find it kind of silly that NPC's sleep with there armor and weapon equipped, Most of the NPC's that wear armor have some type clothing in their inventory(I.E a Tunic). I know in oblivion some of the armor wearing NPC's did this.

same, I think it has to do with the US severs, I can downland the large files (where you can choose the server) from the UK severs

A mod that allows to to remover weapon mods. had some problems with some weapon mods, where if you trued to use or select the weapon in the pipboy the game would CTD. So it would be nice to be able to remover weapon mods

well the "Service Rifle" is all messed up. it's supposed to an AR10 which is in ,308, The bolt it messed it, no charging handle (well there's a nob on the bolt) and the dust cover is upside down. what it supposed to look like http://www.gunpics.net/usa/ar10/ar10.JPG
