I am working on a project and I need to be able to read the game files for it but every file i open shows binary code or hexadecimal code.
does some one know how can i open the file in a way that i can read and understand them?
for example i need to be able to read the prices of items in the game from a file to use it in my project but when i try to open the files its just hexadecimal numbers
