if i remember correctly the slowmo reload bug appeared once in version 1.3 and you could get it because of a perk... i have now exactly the same bug and i don't know where from... yesterday i was able to load an old save and it fixed it but now it doesn't work anymore... does anyone know how i can fix this?

I wanted to mod CP properly but when I started the game after almost 200 mods the game goes crazy (see picture) so I uninstalled all mods and installed 5 again and again until I find the mod that causes this. When the problem reappeared I uninstalled the last 5 mods but it did not help. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
