I was hoping someone had dome some animation stuff to make the katana and some of the other melee weapons look more skilled and less like random flailing. A two-handed katana grip would be awesome also. Haven't had any luck finding one, so thought I'd ask around.

Is there no way to make it so a mouse/keyboard user can utilize all four speeds the way someone with a controller can using the thumbstick controls? I'd be happy for a toggle or something, say that swtiches between walk/fastwalk in walk mode and jog/run in run mode? I'd like it a million times more than having to make everyone move the same speeds.

I've tried using the DL WIth MM button and DLing it manually and adding the archive to NMM, but either way NMM gives me an error saying an item with the same key is already installed. I've never used FNIS before, so that can't be it. Here's the rest of my load order. Any help is appreciated.
