I'm also disappointed in the new layout, nothing tells me where everything is. Old UI clearly had grouping that felt coherent. This just looks like blotches off things all over the page.

I would like to know which mod is doing this as well. only two i can figure at the moment doing it are : Hudframework and Transfer Settlements. Edit: turning off 'Transfer Settlements' removed the 'Close Pip-Boy' item. I shut down the game and restarted with 'Transfer Settlements' installed and the animation fixed itself but I'm not clicking on the 'Close Pip-Boy' item again as I think it starts the wonky animation.

Instead of getting an empty mod "It's gone and you can wonder about it" page, it could still keep interesting links to some forums for convenience to discuss perhaps why it was taken down, if it will be back up, getting resolution to the woes of being gone forever or simply messages from the author why it is gone. I feel stumped when it happens and have to search like crazy to find the thread pertaining to a removed mod and see if the author might have posted some replies. Thoughts?
