It's working for me now! It broke again. :down:

Quebec City, I am with Videotron as well. Anyone is using Videotron's security services? I'm not, I'm using Bitdefender. Videotron Security service use Bitdefender. Well, I disabled it and tried again but it still doesn't work.

Regular VPNs work as well if you don't feel comfortable using Tor. I've been using a Japanese VPN to download my Skyrim mods.

Could it be an ISP issue? I'm with Videotron.

I already have Google's DNS, but from what I have gathered, people who are having this issue (including myself) live near or in Montreal.

For me, it works only when I use an american VPN (I haven't tried any other countries). Otherwise, it just doesn't work at all.
