The new patch did not fix this incredibly annoying bug. WTF Bethesda?

For me the bug still persists. Nothing permanently fixes it. sexchange and beast mode only solves it until going into first person where the bug will reappear.

I'm also experiencing this annoying bug. It can be temporarily fixed by opening the console and typing in "sexchange". But, zooming in and out of first person will make the glowing orbs appear again. It is very annoying and I hope there is a fix for this, but it seems it can only be fixed through a patch...
