Hi, I'm going through this exact problem rn. The only way I can play the game without any interruptions is if I disable e-cores in my bios. Otherwise, I experience the same 5 second stutters you're talking about. I tried using process lasso to unassign e-cores from the game but it crashes on startup. I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong either but my only option as of now is to disable e-cores in my bios. See if that works for you.
