Why isn't anyone responding BUMP !

I try to buy something in a menu like decorating my home or hiring a follower it says OK but they don't take my money and I don't get what I tried to pay for. I am using Mod Organizer to load the game and manage my mods (If this makes a difference) LOAD ORDER NOTE: Some of these mods I do not have enabled but show up because of the steam workshop and I can't unsubscribe from them in the workshop

I found out this isn't just trying to buy things to decorate my room it's also when I try to buy ANYTHING from a dialogue menu like hiring a follower

I bought Hjerim after completing the necessary stormcloak quest and I fully furnished it except when I try to add the children's room the guy says OK it will be done but nothing happens, he doesn't take my money and the house doesn't get furnished. I tried removing the unofficial Hearthfires patch but that removes the option entirely I don't really want to disable Hearthfires because that will break a few mods I have active. Thanks for the help, that one reply really fixed my broken game up good and proper so thank you. Oh and remember to keep going onto peoples problems and then abandoning them half way through.

Kind of worked and I got a bit further, I think it may just be one of my quest mods because when they we're all disabled no crashes although I was in the same position. Now I'm get a screen shaking glitch whenever move for a while. Also mostly experiencing crashes when looting or pickpocketing bodies or people, SkyUI error? Thanks for the help so far.

If I were to do that I would need to reinstall all my 200 mods and I know what you ment.
