Had this problem because I mistakenly install the XP32 maximum skeleton SPECIAL edition, rather than the XP32 maximum skeleteon edition. Not even sure what special was for, but once I realized that was it and swapped it for the other one the boxes went away.

Have you considered hiring someone like MxR or another main stream mod reviewer to link their new videos here first? It would be nice to go to one place, get reviews and commentary on mods, help us find those we miss, as well as peruse the mods ourselves. Wes

Did you finish codsworth's quest before going to concord? I had this issue and went back and did Codsworth's, then concord, saved the Deathclaw for last and then checked in with Preston. That seemed to work. No suspect it was because I skipped codsworth on the last play through.

I have noted this blur ring on my screen. Stripping out all ENB and Reshade did not remove it, but it was not always there. It appeared after testing some ENB Presets. Anyone know specifically what causes it, not "it's a mod" or "it's an ENB thing", but specific mods or file settings that cause the issue, even if you are just using scientific methodology to suggest its X or Y. Excuse my red dotted line to highlight where its occurring in the top right quadrant of my screen. The Ring goes all the way around, but I wanted to show a clear example of the issue.
