Hhhhmmm...... Might try firing up FO4Edit, load up all your mods, find the tire model in the base game files, then see what mods are changing it.

IIRC, texture paths are defined in the mesh model. You likely have a mod that is replacing the mesh model, but not altering anything in a plugin file.

 

If Better Console can show you the name of the mesh model (the NIF file), then you can search for the filename in windows to see what mod is altering it and locate the missing texture.

I have an ID, which is 000AE13B. I also have a baseID: 0003A640.

Better Console also shows "Type", which is MSTT. Are any of these it?

Yeah, that's a missing texture. Get the "Better Console" mod, (requires F4SE), then you just open the console, click on the problematic tire, and it will tell you the last mod that touched it. Should point you in the right direction at least.

Yeah, have that installed but the last base change was the esm file for the base game... Is it possible to edit that file to reinclude that texture, or did something else happen?

I recently just completed my mod list for now, but I been getting problems where the standalone tire model just shows a pink, shiny texture (Missing Texture file maybe?) and I can't seem to figure out what exactly happened and how to fix it. I booted up my game unmodded and I never had the issue then, so definitely my mods I'm guessing? Help is greatly appreciated.

[Problem with load order, Buffought 4 loads too late. I use Vortex as my mod manager, how do I reorder mods or generally get it to function?]

So I downloaded Buffought 4 to strengthen the engine, but it seems that it won't load. Every time I try to load up Fallout 4, it can't because the "Mod loads too late". I followed the download instructions, but there's no text document as it should.

 

Th error message I get is: "main.cpp(264): Buffought 4 has loaded too late. Try adjusting the preorder load method."
