Just had my pc updated, Now I'm getting occasional CTDs. I seem to remember there was something to do with the prefs or Ini which stopped this. Unfortunately the guy who updated for me deleted all my mod keepers and |I can't remember what is was I need to do. I run Win7 as most do now I think. ThankYou steinbeck

It seems I've been turned into a vampire. I've started to occasionally lose blood as I walk and my face has turned black. I remember a fight with a group of mages, one of whom turned out to be a 'Master Vampire' If anyone knows of a certain cure, please let mr know, otherwise I will have to restart the game. I do not want to be a vampire and howdoes one guard against this happening again. Thank You for any aid in this. I have just rescued Vilja from the Kidnap so I'm well along in the game. steinbeck

I've jjust finished at the point where Vilja gets her flute back. I was surprised that there doesn't seem to be the same continuation as earlier games when I did it. Am I right in assuming the lute part and learning together with the kidnap and rescue have all been removed because of the Solstheim DLC? Or, is something missing from my game? eveerythoing else is perfect in every resect. steinbeck

I tried to d/l vilja in solsteim but it ctd. then i see it 'Requires Vilja in Skyrim and Dragonborn.esm' So please where and what is this 'Dragonborn.esm' Thanks for the help I know will arrive from the most helpful forum I know!! steinbeck

I was playing along nicely and doing Moira's radation trip for her . I had reached as far as the big brigde over the river past the memorial (where some baddies, live underneath. going into stealth mode I went into 3rd person and up came the Big Red thingy I uninstalled everything and there is nothing at all to be found in Search for Fo3, NMM or Fommm. I had all necessary mods installed ie FOSE etc. Can anyone tell me what is wrong. I even tried a save game at the 101 entrance with no mods installed, still there. Not being a modder(and far too old to learn) I have often pondered why no horses survived as many other animals did albeit different perhaps but still horses(man's best friend along with the dog) Anyway, I wonder if any modder has looked at this, it would be great to ride a horse in NV steinbeck

Have just reinstalled FNV . When I installed the NKSE it said ...'cant frind TES IV' . Have reinstaolloed both from disk and through Steam, Same result. NVSE wont work without ! PLease any suggestions, ideas, that I can try Thanks steinbeck

Nexus mod manager (even if you manualy download, still use Nexus mod manager) to handle your ArchiveInvalidate. BOSS for load order. Mikotos beauty pak. Hi-Rez BOG skins, "Cali" pak be compatable with most peoples taste. Player Home, number versions from "plain jane" to "extravagant palaces". Willow companion probably best companion mod out there, there are others that are good too. Project Nevada Someguy mods (Bounty Hunter, The Inheritance etc) A World of Pain Armor mods I myself dont play with a lot of mods, pick what Id like to enhance but dont push your luck with game stability. It may well take you a full day to mod out your game and even then you will look somemore. OHHH, one good piece of advice, even it you are experienced, a reminder ...load the mods just a couple or one at a time, if you have problem with game crashing, mush easier for you to determine which mod is the culprit. Hello everyone. New to 'Vegas' so I would like to ask which are the 'Essential' mods I should have before any other . I already have ModManager so don't need that. I assume Steam updated 'Vegas' when I installed it? So, any tips etc as well please. steinnbeck
