As the title says, not quite sure why or how. The payment went through and shows in the history, it says that i have premium (even if i canceled the auto renewal), but the account itself is still labeled as supporter and i'm not getting the better download speeds.

Thank you for everything you've done for the modding community, and personally i don't think i've played a Beth game recently without Racemenu\Looksmenu on for the past few years. Hopefully you can continue your work on both the new Elderscrolls, Cyberpunk and perhaps the next (Proper) Fallout title.

I hope you fix it soon since i really need NMM to properly arrange the clutter of mods i got, but anyways i hope you keep up the good work and we can see this downtime over. :)
